What is the BPC School Auction?
The Auction is our school’s largest fundraiser of the year, raising over half of the funds needed for the essential programs that help our kids succeed.
Why is the Auction important?
The Auction funds important activities and programs including art, chess, music, science, math coach, foreign language, teacher development, assistant teachers, writing workshops, and a whole lot more.
Who sponsors and organizes the Auction?
Our PTA sponsors the auction and parents volunteer their time and expertise year-round to help make it all happen. The PTA is a non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. If you would like to volunteer, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will contact you. We not only need volunteers to help us plan, we need volunteers on the day of the auction to help us set up and run the event.
How can parents participate?
Solicit two or more donations (per child) of goods or services: $25 – $100+ range.
Ask your friends, family & other contacts who have access to “money can’t buy” special experiences, such as in-home chef dinners, celebrity meet and greats, backstage access, vacation homes and other valuable items: $250 – $1000+ range.
Volunteer for an auction committee (Event night, Food & Beverage solicitations, Corporate outreach campaign, Neighborhood Block Teams & more). Email email@example.com
Support the businesses that donate to the auction by thanking them when you patronize their establishments.
